Payment Methods

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash are acceptable forms of payment. We apologize for any inconvenience, as we do not accept personal checks. We do accept payment for gratuity on a credit card, however for your stylist to receive full compensation we encourage cash gratuity.

Service Guarantee

Client satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your salon service, we would like the opportunity to meet your expectations and offer you a complimentary service adjustment. Please contact the salon within 14 days of your original appointment to schedule a service adjustment with the original stylist. If necessary, your service adjustment can be scheduled with one of our management team members. Please note: Our service guarantee does not apply if you decide to completely change the original look from your last visit 14 days prior.

Product Guarantee

We allow 14 days after purchase for a product exchange.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We require a 24-hour notice when canceling, or rescheduling an appointment to avoid a $25 charge of service. If you arrive 15 minutes or later for your appointment you will be offered a modified service adjustment or you may choose to completely reschedule your service to another day to receive your full salon service(s). For your convenience, we provide a confirmation call 48 hours prior to your appointment. We also ask that you keep us informed of any updated changes in your contact information.


Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, this allows for a complete check-in. It allows time for you to relax, enjoy a snack or beverage and browse potential new styles in the latest trend magazines. In case you are running behind for your appointment, please contact the salon as soon as you are aware you will be late.

We recommend that you make all your appointments in advance to ensure stylist availability, as well as to secure the time that works best for your schedule. We do require a credit card when making an appointment to secure your reservation. We welcome walk-ins, but highly recommend salon appointments to ensure availability and to receive your services in a timely manner.

Client Policy

In the service area of the salon, we can only accommodate those clients that are receiving services. We ask that all children not receiving services, remain seated and supervised by an adult in the reception area for their safety. We appreciate your cooperation.

Color Formulas

All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Salon Eden. Should you ever need your customized color formula, we offer the option of purchasing your personal confidential information at a cost of $300.
